On January 11-12 2025, Terra Drone Agri brought the teams together for the highly anticipated TDAGM (Terra Drone Agri General Meeting) 2024, held at Bumi Gumati in Sentul. This event was more than just an annual gathering, it was a powerful testament to our commitment to synergy, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence as we strive to tackle sky high goals in the agricultural industry.
At TDAGM 2024, we reinforced our Terra Way values in which we push boundaries, moving with speed, taking ownership, and inspiring one another to drive forward as a unified global force.

The first day of the event kicked off with an inspiring opening from CEO of Terra Drone, Mr. Toru Tokushige, who emphasized the importance of a bold, fearless mindset–one that aligns with one of our Terra Way values, “Challenge as Global No. 1”. He encouraged us to keep innovating and never settle for small successes.
Following the CEO’s speech, Mr. Kota Kandori, Terra Drone Director, provided a deeper dive into our company’s roadmap and expectations for the year ahead, reinforcing the “Center Pin & Speed” value–where focusing on high impact actions and executing with agility can lead to exponential growth.
The day continued with greetings from our Country Manager, Mr. Wilson Ong, and presentations from each department head, setting a clear direction for how every team contributes to the larger mission. A highlight of day one was the prestigious Terra Drone Agri Awards, where we recognized outstanding team members for their dedication and contributions to our growth. What makes these awards special is how they are decided–winners are not just selected from the top down but are voted by fellow employees, ensuring that the recognition comes directly from those who work alongside them every day.
This process reflects our “Inspire & Inspired” value–where we acknowledge and learn from each other, creating a culture of motivation and continuous improvement. Employees cast their votes for peers who represent each category, and to ensure fairness and alignment with company goals, the final selection was confirmed by managers, considering the nominees’ annual performance and contributions.
The awards celebrated the Best New Joiner, Most Problem Solver, Most Responsible, Most Inspiring, and the eight employees who embody the spirit of our Challenge as Global No.1. These awards serve as a reminder that each of us plays a vital role in shaping Terra Drone Agri’s future.
