Position Summary
Founded in 2016, Terra Drone is a leading drone and Urban Air Mobility (UAM) technology with a mission of “Unlock the sky.” Also, Terra Drone is the first Asian startup to raise funding from Wa’ed Ventures, the venture capital arm of the oil and gas giant and the 2nd biggest company in the world by market cap, Aramco.
Headquarters is in Japan, a global startup preparing for IPO. We have a total of 5 overseas subsidiaries, most were acquired through a merger. Terra Drone Agri was acquired&rebranded by Terra Drone Japan this year and we are looking for an Export Import Officer position. We are looking for someone who understands and knows the process of export import regulations and documents. This position will be working closely with the board of management from Japan and Malaysia. We expect this position to be able to manage Operational field and Manpower smoothly and organized.

Responsibilities
1. Oversee and run drone operations with high efficiency.
2. Optimize and monitor team operational for optimal results.
3. Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
4. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
5. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
6. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
7. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
8. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
9. Build alliances and partnerships with other suppliers and partners.
10. Support worker communication with management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
2. At Least 3 years experience in management, operations, and leadership (Agriculture and Technology Sectoral will be an added advantage).
3. Having a passionate in Technology, especially in Drone industry.
4. Having a huge initiative, strategic and knowledge in project management.
5. Ability to build consensus and relationships among Management, Client, and Employees.
6. Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
7. Ready to be placed in all bases around Indonesia, especially Kalimantan area.
Position Summary
Terra Drone Agri saat ini sedang mencari Pelaksana Lapangan untuk projek area Kalimantan. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan kegiatan operasional di lokasi berjalan lancar dan terorganisir. Posisi ini juga bertanggung jawab dalam mendukung dan membantu Pilot Drone dalam mengoperasikan Drone sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Bertanggung jawab terhadap kelancaran dan ketepatan target projek.
2. Mendukung pelaksanaan operasi penerbangan Drone.
3. Mengoperasikan beberapa jenis Drone sesuai dengan jenis dan tugas pekerjaannya.
4. Melaksanakan SOP terbang rutin sebelum operasional.
5. Memahami dan mematuhi seluruh peraturan dan ketentuan mengenai pengoperasian penerbangan Drone.
6. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal.
Kualifikasi
1. Lulusan baru atau berpengalaman dibidang lapangan.
2. Mempunyai keahlian mengoperasikan Drone menjadi nilai tambah.
4. Mempunyai keahlian mengemudikan kendaraan roda 2 atau 4.
5. Memiliki SIM A dan SIM C menjadi nilai tambah.
6. Memiliki Sertifikat Sidopi menjadi nilai tambah.
7. Siap bekerja di lapangan, khususnya di seluruh projek area Kalimantan.

Responsibilities
1. Operate fixedwing, Multirotor, and/or VTOL aircraft.
2. Repair system and hardware of the drone based on Standard Operating System (SOP) instructions.
3. Troubleshoot and debug any components of a drone in the office or in the field.
4. Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical integration of new hardware components on the internal fleet of test vehicles for R&D and testing.
5. Maintenance of vehicles – keep the fleet ready for flight tests.
6. Coordinate with the data processing team.
7. Communicate and coordinate with engineering team in Jakarta.
8. Make drone flying mission.
9. Evaluate the attitude of the aircraft directly.
Requirement
1. Graduated minimum bachelor degree in any field, preferably in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Geomatics science, Engineering or related major.
2. Understand the components of the UAV system in general.
3. Having experience making aeromodelling aircraft.
4. Proficiency in mission planner/QGCS software.
5. Able to operate structural analysis software such as catia and/or solidworks is a plus.
6. Having drone certification will be a plus point.
7. Understand the components of the UAV system in general.
8. Ready to be placed in any site in around Malaysia.
