Terra Drone Agri was acquired and rebranded by Terra Drone Corporation last year and we are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Sales Representative who will drive sales growth by building client relationships, achieving targets, and supporting the team through strategy and market analysis. We are opening this opportunity for candidates based in Jakarta, Sumatra, and Kalimantan.

Responsibilities
  • Conducted company presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Attend customers’ inquiries and address outstanding issues.
  • Provide sales support to existing customers to further develop account potential and find new customers to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for meeting sales targets.
  • Execute daily sales activities, such as follow-up on the quote and sample submission
  • status. Including price negotiation and service recovery, working with the QC
  • Department in the unlikely event there is a quality issue.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings to share and update management on market information and trends.
  • Assist in preparing and participating in trade shows in the assigned territory.
Requirements
  • Must have at least 1 years of sales experience in the agriculture chemical or the drone industry.
  • Prior experience in sales, agritech, or agricultural equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to plantation or field sites.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with technical and operations teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to field challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel or Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency will be an advantage.
