Position Summary

Terra Drone Agri is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our agricultural drone services and precision agriculture solutions in the Medan and North Sumatra region. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of the agriculture industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within plantations, agribusiness companies, cooperatives, and agricultural stakeholders.
  • Promote Terra Drone Agri’s drone-based services, including crop spraying, mapping, monitoring, and precision agriculture solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Management Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Strong network within plantations, agriculture, fertilizers, agrochemicals, seeds, or agribusiness sectors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong achievement orientation.
  • Willing to travel extensively within North Sumatra and surrounding regions.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling agricultural technology, machinery, drones, fertilizers, pesticides, or farm management solutions.
  • Familiarity with precision agriculture concepts and plantation operations.
  • Existing relationships with palm oil, rubber, sugarcane, or other plantation companies.
