Headquarters is in Japan, a global startup preparing for IPO. We have a total of 5 overseas subsidiaries, most were acquired through a merger. Terra Drone Agri was acquired&rebranded by Terra Drone Japan this year and we are looking for a senior recruiter. This role is responsible to drive the business growth, and to implement HR work flow for smooth running of the business communicating with the HQ in Japan and the subsidiary in Malaysia.

Responsibilities
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and assessment processes).
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, partnership with external stakeholders).
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Any ad-hoc and administrative tasks.
General Requirements
Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, or related major.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or experienced as recruitment or talent acquisition will be point plus.
Have a basic knowledge in Corporate branding and/or social media exposure.
Minimum English Level: Business Level.
Organized with attention to detail and a high sense of internal control.
Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure.
