Position Summary

Terra Drone Indonesia is currently looking for Recruitment and Corporate branding staff. This position is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and build a strong, positive company image through internal and external branding initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering) for Indonesia and Malaysia vacancies.
  • Prepare and post job vacancies on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Develop, implement and execute employer branding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create promotional materials.
  • Build relationships with universities, communities, and external media partners.
  • Prepare regular reports on branding activities and recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or branding.
  • Familiarity with psychological assessment tools (administering and interpreting is a plus).
  • Experience using recruitment platforms (organic and non-organic).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Creative, proactive, and analytical thinking.
