Terra Drone Indonesia is currently looking for Recruitment and Corporate branding staff. This position is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and build a strong, positive company image through internal and external branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering) for Indonesia and Malaysia vacancies.
Prepare and post job vacancies on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Develop, implement and execute employer branding strategies.
Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create promotional materials.
Build relationships with universities, communities, and external media partners.
Prepare regular reports on branding activities and recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or branding.
Familiarity with psychological assessment tools (administering and interpreting is a plus).
Experience using recruitment platforms (organic and non-organic).
