Notice Regarding Fire at Indonesian subsidiary (Third Report)

Terra Drone Co., Ltd. hereby announces that a fire occurred at PT Terra Drone Indonesia, a consolidated subsidiary of the Company in Indonesia, on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at approximately 12:10 p.m. local time. The incident occurred at the Jakarta head office of PT Terra Drone Indonesia.

Based on information confirmed as of this date, the incident resulted in the loss of 22 local employees of PT Terra Drone Indonesia and injuries to 15 employees. We extend our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives and our sincere sympathies to their bereaved families. The Company remains committed to providing appropriate and responsible support to those who were injured.

Business Activities: Provision of surveying, inspection, and agricultural services utilizing drone technology in Southeast Asia

Ownership Status: Consolidated subsidiary with 99.9% equity ownership

Cause of the Incident

Based on information currently available and subject to the outcome of ongoing investigations, the fire is considered to have possibly involved ignition originating from batteries stored at the premises of the Indonesian Subsidiary. The Company is fully cooperating with the relevant authorities and is conducting its own internal investigation in parallel. Further updates will be provided once the investigation has progressed and relevant facts have been officially confirmed.

Neither Terra Drone Co., Ltd. nor PT Terra Drone Indonesia manufactures the batteries referenced in connection with this incident. These batteries were used exclusively for internal project purposes and are different from the battery products distributed by the Company to customers. The Company is engaging with the battery manufacturer for fact-finding purposes, including verification of specifications and usage conditions, and no conclusions have been reached at this time.

Following the incident, the Company reviewed the relevant provisions of the lease agreement. Under the lease agreement, matters relating to the maintenance of the building in a condition suitable for ordinary use, including safety-related provisions, are stipulated as obligations of the building owner.

The Company will continue comprehensive fact-finding efforts, including internal interviews and on-site inspections, while fully supporting the investigations conducted by the relevant authorities. Ensuring employee safety and strengthening compliance with occupational health and safety standards remain key priorities of the Company.
