Q. Can you share a bit about your journey with Terra Drone Agri so far? What led you to join the company?
A: I joined Terra Drone Agri in July 2024. The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing technology company was incredibly exciting. Drones are revolutionizing many industries, especially agriculture, and I wanted to be part of something innovative. Working at Terra Drone Agri allows me to contribute to impactful projects while continuously learning and growing. It’s been an exciting journey, and I look forward to what’s ahead.

Q. Initially, you joined as an HR Recruiter. How did you transition into taking on PR responsibilities?
A: It was definitely challenging since I had no prior experience in PR. However, I saw it as an opportunity to grow and expand my skill set. I took the time to learn about branding, content creation, and communication strategies, which helped me adapt. Over time, I realized that HR and PR actually complement each other—both involve strong communication and relationship-building. This transition has been rewarding and has allowed me to contribute in a more diverse way.
Q. What was the most exciting or challenging part of stepping into the PR role?
A: One of the most exciting yet challenging aspects was building corporate branding and partnering with external parties. Creating a strong brand identity requires understanding our company’s values and effectively communicating them. Collaborating with universities, job portals, and other organizations also pushed me to develop strategic relationships and expand our reach. It was a learning curve, but seeing the impact of these efforts has been incredibly rewarding.
Q. Being nominated as a Best New Joiner Nominee 1 is a big achievement! How did you feel when you found out?
A: I was honestly surprised because I didn’t expect to be nominated! It was a great honor and a huge motivation for me. Even now, I’m still learning and growing in my role every day. This recognition reassured me that my efforts are making an impact, and it inspires me to keep improving and contributing to the team.
Q. What do you think contributed the most to this recognition?
A: I believe my commitment to embodying the Terra Way played a big role. I always challenge myself to go beyond expectations, take on new responsibilities, and never give up, even when faced with difficulties. Staying proactive, adaptable, and striving for results has helped me grow in my role and make a meaningful impact within the team.

Q. What skills have you gained from your experience so far, and how do they help you in both HR and PR?
A: I’ve developed strong communication and adaptability skills. In HR, effective communication helps me connect with candidates and create a positive workplace environment. In PR, it allows me to build relationships and enhance employer branding while adaptability has been key in balancing both roles. It helps me align HR and PR efforts to support the company’s growth. These skills have helped me navigate challenges and contribute meaningfully to both areas.
Q. Finally, for candidates looking to join Terra Drone Agri, what are your top tips for a successful application and interview?
A: My top tip is to embrace the Terra Way in everything you do. Be ready to challenge yourself and take initiative, even if it means stepping out of your comfort zone.
