Responsibilities
- Conducting research
- Training pilots
- Repairing hardwares
- Auditing the team
- Conducting trials with customers
- Perform hardware maintenance and report documentation
Requirements
- Experienced with spraying and fertilizing drones (such as DJI Agras or XAG).
- Experience in the design, development, and maintenance of drone systems.
- Experience in programming and using flight control software such as QGroundControl or Mission Planner.
- Can operate drone.
- Skills in soldering and assembling electronic components.
- Drone pilot certification from a recognized aviation authority (value-added).
- Good communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Time management and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly about new technologies.
- Willing to be placed on site (6 months on site, 3 weeks off).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, in fast-paced environment.
