Terra Drone Agri was acquired and rebranded by Terra Drone Corporation last year and we are looking for an experienced Account manager  who will be the key point of contact for our clients — someone who’s organized, communicative, and always one step ahead when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the client relationship – be their go-to person for all account-related matters.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates, manage inquiries, and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
  • Ensure all project documentation (e.g. BPK, SPK) is prepared, tracked, and completed promptly.
  • Work closely with internal teams to fulfill every customer request and maintain high service standards.
  • Keep District and Project Management informed with clear, up-to-date project coordination.
  • Report smart – Submit daily updates to the Head of Account Manager and weekly summaries to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales area (bonus: tech or project-based industries).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and hands-on experience in handling project documentation.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Willing to be placed around Kalimantan.
