Q. Can you tell us a bit about your journey at Terra Drone Agri so far? What inspired you to join the company?
A: My journey so far has been truly enjoyable and meaningful. At first, I decided to join because of a strong desire to be part of something innovative — a movement that not only utilizes technology but also harmonizes it with a very fundamental sector: agriculture. Seeing how technology can bring real change in the way we plant, manage land, and distribute harvests has made me even more certain that this is the right place to grow. This is not just a job, but a journey to create a real impact on the future of food and the environment.

Q. You initially joined as an Intern HR Recruiter. How did you transition into HR Administration and Systems, and now being trusted as a Sales Admin for IP Static?
A: Looking back at my journey in Terra Drone, it feels like a series of leaps I never imagined I’d take. I started out as an Intern HR Recruiter, learning that every person has a story and potential you can’t always see on a CV. That curiosity pushed me to explore HR Administration and Systems—where I got the chance to build systems that made the team stronger.
But the real turning point came when I was trusted with a whole new role as Sales Admin for IP Static. At first, I was honestly scared and unsure, since it was way outside my comfort zone. But that’s exactly where I learned that persistence and self-belief can open doors to something bigger. Day by day, I kept going, and along the way I discovered new strengths in myself that I didn’t even realize I had. Through this journey, I’ve come to see that the trust given to me at Terra Drone isn’t just an opportunity—it’s been a catalyst to shape my career and unlock potential I never knew I had.
Q. What was the most memorable moment during your first days at the company?
A: There have been so many memorable moments, but the one I’ll never forget is the warm welcome from the whole team. It didn’t feel like stepping into a new workplace—it felt like coming home. They didn’t just smile; they genuinely wanted to get to know me, share stories, and make me feel part of the family from day one. That warmth has been the fuel that keeps me motivated to always give my best.
Q. How did it feel to be recognized as one of the Best New Joiners at Terra Drone Agri?
A: When my name was called as one of the Best New Joiners, my feelings were all over the place—happy, proud, and honestly a bit emotional too. For me, it wasn’t just an award, but a clear sign that every effort I put in here is truly seen and appreciated. That moment made me realize that joining Terra Drone was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Because here, hard work and dedication never go unnoticed. And it’s exactly this kind of appreciation that motivates me to keep pushing myself and striving to be better.
Q. How does the work culture at Terra Drone support your development as a new employee?
A: The work culture at Terra Drone is one of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to grow. Here, failure isn’t seen as the end—it’s treated as a stepping stone for innovation. The team and leaders constantly encourage me to be brave and try new things, even if it means taking risks. What I really appreciate is that they don’t just tell me what to do, but also explain the why and the how. That helps me understand things on a deeper level and makes me feel safe to ask questions, experiment, and even make mistakes and that was the reason why I’ve been able to grow so quickly at Terra Drone.

Q. How did the role of your team or mentor contribute to you receiving this award?
A: I wouldn’t have made it this far without the incredible support from my team and mentors. They’ve been the backbone behind every achievement I’ve had. For me, the team isn’t just colleagues—they’re a place to learn, share ideas, and find inspiration every single day. They always give me space to ask, grow, and keep improving. And my mentors? They’ve been just as important. With patience, they’ve guided me, shared their experiences, and even pointed out strengths I didn’t realize I had. Their encouragement pushed me to take braver steps forward. That’s why this award isn’t just mine—it belongs to all of us.
Q. If you had to describe your experience at Terra Drone in three words, what would you choose?
A: If I had to choose three words, I would say: Challenging, Grounded, Inspiring.
Challenging: because here I’m constantly pushed to step out of my comfort zone and unlock new potential within myself.
Grounding: because every day brings something new to learn—whether it’s from colleagues, experiences, or fresh challenges that come my way.
Inspiring: because I’m surrounded by amazing people who aren’t just high achievers, but also genuinely kind and always ready to help. They’re the ones who keep me motivated to keep growing and becoming better.

Q. If you could share one important message with future employees about the company, what would it be?
A: If you’ve got big dreams and the drive to get hands-on in making them happen, Terra Drone is the right place for you. Here, we don’t just chase targets together—we push each other, lift each other up, and grow side by side. The environment is full of energy, but also genuine—everyone is valued.
