Position Summary

The Finance Officer is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations by managing invoicing, accounts receivable records, and financial documentation. This role ensures accurate financial records and assists in preparing necessary documents for internal and external audits.

Job Description
  • Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Record incoming customer payments and prepare payment vouchers for transactions received in the company’s bank account.
  • Maintain and monitor unbilled revenue records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage and update Accounts Receivable (AR) records, including tracking outstanding balances and payment status.
  • Support the preparation and organization of financial documents required for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Accounts Receivable. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
  • Familiar with invoicing processes and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
