KISMEC, or the Kedah Industrial Skills and Management Development Centre, started in March 1993 to improve the skills and knowledge of employees in Malaysia’s industrial sector. Its head office is in Sungai Petani, Kedah, with another center located in the Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Malaysia’s first Hi-Tech Park.
