Q. What made you choose to join Terra Drone Agri?
A: Throughout my career, I have explored different industries, coming from food production, logistics, and drone technology:
1. Helper Operator in the food production industry (2014 – 2020)
2. Staff Admin Operations in logistics company (2021 – 2022)
3. Staff Admin Inventory in food production industry (2022 – 2023)
4. Inventory Admin Asset in Terra Drone Agri (2024 – present)
Joining Terra Drone Agri was a bold step into an entirely new industry—drone technology
and precision agriculture. This shift was not just about a career change but a challenge to push myself beyond my comfort zone. The company’s vision and mission aligned with my personal growth goals, and I was inspired by how Terra Drone Agri continuously innovates in the industry.
Another key factor was the company’s multinational presence, which provides opportunities for learning, collaboration, and exposure to cutting-edge technology. The Terra Way values encouraged me to embrace challenges, think fast, and take full ownership of my role, making me confident in my decision to join.

Q. What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced as an Inventory Admin?
A: One of the biggest challenges is ensuring stock accuracy across multiple locations. As the number of drones increases, inventory tracking becomes more complex. If stock discrepancies occur, it could lead to delays in operations, so it’s crucial to maintain an efficient system that synchronizes warehouse, head office, and field stock data.
To overcome this, I implement the ‘Center Pin & Speed’ mindset, identifying the most critical and efficient solutions to manage stock levels effectively. By improving our tracking system, enhancing coordination with teams, and maintaining structured inventory planning, I ensure that assets are always available when needed.
Q. What’s been your favorite part of your role so far?
A: I thrive on the evolving nature of my role. The increasing number of drones and spare parts means there are always new things to plan, manage, and optimize. This keeps me constantly learning and adapting, which is something I genuinely enjoy. Beyond inventory management, I love the opportunity to work on logistics, procurement, and process improvement. By applying the ‘Unlock X Dimensions’ mindset, I explore how different areas of work intersect and how we can streamline operations for greater efficiency.
Moreover, I feel inspired by the collaborative environment at Terra Drone Agri. The company promotes a culture of learning and teamwork, where every challenge is met with collective problem-solving. Being surrounded by motivated and knowledgeable colleagues pushes me to keep growing and contributing in meaningful ways.

Q. How did you feel during TDAGM 2024 and winning Best New Joiner Nominee 2?
A: TDAGM 2024 was a truly unforgettable experience for me. It was my first time attending such a major company event, and I was amazed by the energy, innovation, and passion that everyone brought to the table. The event reinforced the idea that Terra Drone Agri is not just a workplace but a community of forward-thinkers who support and inspire each other. Winning Best New Joiner Nominee 2 was completely unexpected for me. Since most of my work involved warehouse mapping and inventory tracking, I initially thought my contributions wouldn’t be as visible. However, receiving this recognition made me realize that every role—no matter how behind-the-scenes—plays a crucial part in the company’s success. It was a moment of immense pride and gratitude, knowing that my efforts were seen and valued.
One of the biggest factors that helped me succeed was the supportive and collaborative culture at Terra Drone Agri. From the beginning, I felt welcomed and encouraged to ask questions, seek guidance, and contribute ideas.
