Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager

Terra Drone Agri was acquired and rebranded by Terra Drone Corporation and we are currently seeking an experienced and professional Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager to Responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, and tax functions for the company and field-based projects, including cash flow and budget control, project-based financial reporting, cost monitoring, payment management, tax compliance, and coordination with internal and project teams to ensure financial accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
- Manage all finance, accounting, and tax functions of the company and field-based projects.
- Control company and project cash flow and budgets.
- Monitor and evaluate operational and project costs.
- Manage payments to vendors, subcontractors, and company obligations.
- Perform project-based accounting and record all financial transactions.
- Prepare company and project financial reports.
- Manage tax obligations (PPh, VAT/PPN) and ensure timely filing and payment.
- Supervise financial administration and supporting documents from field teams.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, and HR.
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or relevant role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting (Agriculture and Technology Sectoral will be an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budget management.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
