Job Summary

The Finance Officer is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations by managing invoicing, accounts receivable records, and financial documentation. This role ensures accurate financial records and assists in preparing necessary documents for internal and external audits.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Record and prepare payment vouchers for incoming client payments to the company’s bank account.
  • Prepare and maintain unbilled revenue records.
  • Monitor and update Accounts Receivable (AR) records to ensure accurate tracking of outstanding payments.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing financial documents required for internal and external audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Accounts Receivable (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Familiar with invoicing processes and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
